It sets out the terms governing your use of the AI tools and resources provided by us or used by us in delivering the Girl FrAIday™ service ("the Tools"). By accessing or using the Tools, you ("User") confirm your acceptance of this disclaimer and acknowledge that it is designed to limit our liability regarding your use of the Tools. We do not endorse or guarantee the suitability, functionality, or impact of the Tools on your business. You are solely responsible for assessing their relevance to your specific business needs and for reviewing every output before you rely on it.
We accept no liability for any outcomes, including errors, damages, or business disruptions, arising from your use of or reliance on the Tools. Their implementation and performance are at your discretion and risk. Your Girl FrAIday™ asks before any action that is live, public, financial or sensitive, and you remain responsible for approving those actions.
AI can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, inconsistent or unsuitable. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the output of the Tools. You are advised to conduct your own due diligence before relying on or implementing any output.
Your decision to use the Tools is made at your own risk.
